This product is a fresh pristine White Ceremony runner 2m wide.  For Poles Hall there is a supplement of £150 for the adesive to hold the carpet to the carpet in the suite with out it moving!  For the Summer House in Garden Court, there will be no extra charge

INFORMAL COMPERE | EVENT MANAGER | ALL-DAY DJ  (WAS - TOASTMASTER) WISH LIST PRICE £500

Our unique informal compere service allows for a ‘worry-free’ delivery of your special day. The Compere will support the Bridal Concierge in the delivery of the ’front of house’ experience for you and your guests, keeping prompt time schedules, and general support to the married couple. The general tasks will be as follows but is fully tailorable. The dress code is Black Tie.

  • Ensure guests are congregating in the correct welcome space

  • Be on hand to guide and support the guests, answering any questions and queries regarding the day ahead 

  • Ensure the correct ambience is established in the space

  • Welcome the registrars into the building 

  • Escort the Groom and Best Man (ring bearer) to the pre-ceremony meeting with registrar 30min before the  Ceremony time commences

  • Upon completion of the above at 15min before ceremony invite the guests to take their seats. We highly recommend that any reserved seating is named! 

  • Be responsible for ensuring the background music is playing at the correct level

  • Upon entrance of the Bridal Party ensure the correct entrance piece is played 

  • During the signing of the Register ensure that background music creates the correct ambience for the occasion

  • Congratulations, you’re now married! The Compere will ensure the exit piece of music is played on departure from the Ceremony suite.

  • Ensure that during the Reception drinks the ambient music is correct

  • Support the Photographer in the management of capturing those precious moments forever

  • Support all those delivering speeches, to ensure they’re ready at the correct time and that their nerves are settled! 

  • •If gifts are being given as part of the speeches, ensure these are correct and to hand 

  • Coordinate with the couple to ensure that the Wedding Breakfast Suite is ready before the entry of guests 

  • Facilitate a receiving line into the Wedding Breakfast if required

  • Ensure the correct ambient music is present in the Wedding Breakfast suite 

  • Welcome the guests into the Wedding Breakfast Suite, and after seating them inform them of any important notices from yourselves. This may include Guest Book, Gift / card box location, Facility Locations, Room Check in opportunities following the meal / speeches. etc.

  • Arrange your entrance into the Wedding Breakfast and escort you to your seats, with or with our musical support 

  • Introduce each person delivering a speech with the required support 

  • Facilitate the giving of any gifts during the Reception

  • On conclusion of the Wedding Breakfast, invite the guests though to the evening reception space to allow for any room re-fresh to take place / evening entertainment to set up 

  • Ensure all external contactors are setting up correctly and deliver as per their contact with you

  • Once the evening celebration suite is set up and ready for guests to re enter, we will liaise with the DJ / Performers on the cake cutting and first dance experience to ensure a smooth delivery. We will invite your guests into this space if not already present

  • The Compere will assist your photographer in capturing your cake cutting moment, normally on the dance floor 

  • The Compere will then invite you to take your first dance, before handing over to the evening DJ to perform

Table centrepieces are essential in ensuring the perfect ambience for any wedding day. Included in our premium package is a beautifully presented low level floral arrangement centre piece and complimenting registrar table then moving to top table. Becoming more popular are artificial displays that save around 80% from the cost of fresh flowers resulting in you getting a vast amount more for your money!. The sample below gives a steering guide to the size included, but other options of flower and size can be created for you with an upgraded fee. We stock a large array of Non-floral options including lanterns and glassware.

Within the Icing on The Cake Package, there are two chair type options.

 

Option 1 - Is a banquet chair covered with a white slip on polyester cover with a horizontal tied sash 

Option 2 - Is a Chiavari Lime Wash Chair (no sash or drape included). To add a Vertical drape to these chairs is an additional £2 per chair,

SOUND SYSTEM WITH RADIO MICROPHONE (AV)

 

A two speaker PA system will be installed in your chosen suite with the ability to plug in a MP3 device on a 3.5mm headphone jack style connector, accompanied by a handheld radio microphone on a round base mic stand for hands free operation for speeches or announcements. If there is a requirement for a second two speaker PA system in another suite if your Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast are in separate rooms, this can be arranged for the fee of £60.

DJ & DISCO EQUIPMENT 19.00 - MIDNIGHT  - Wishlist price £600

Live and dynamic, DJ entertainment allows for our experienced resident DJs to ensure your evening celebration is fully customized and tailored to meet your needs. The DJ will meet with you 4-6 weeks in advance to plan your evening celebration party. At this meeting we can discuss how you would wish your ‘first dance’ experience to be, along with all your music must-haves and no-goes for the evening’s festivities. In most occasions your daytime informal compere will become your evening DJ, this allows for a smoother experience and continuation from day into night.  Your DJ package will include: 

• 2KW PA system 

• White DJ booth

• 2x Disco lights mounted on lit pedestals 

We strongly recommendation that to improve the ambience you consider the addition of LED mood uplighting for the complete day, in the custom colour of your choice. The fee for this is £180, Cake Pin Spots £30, Additional DJ lighting £100

Truly a summertime essential! Chose from 3 mouth-watering flavours. The Ice Cream station will have its own attendant for a 2-hour time period of your choosing during your celebration. You and your guest have a choice of Wafer Cones or Tubs, with a selection of flakes, sauces or sprinkles.

DOUGHNUT WALL  - Wishlist price £250

Hertfordshire's yummiest, freshly-baked-that-morning iced ring doughnuts treats, displayed in a large floor standing 1.8m pegged wall holding 84 mouth watering doughnuts (100 supplied). The wall has customizable ambient LED lighting to make this iconic wall stand out. 

 

Additional doughnuts can be added at £2 each for larger numbers attending 

POPCORN STATION  - Wishlist price £250 (50ppl) - £3 per person there after 

There is nothing quite like the smell and taste of fresh popcorn! The popcorn station comes with an attendant for 2-hours to ensure the popcorn is hot and fresh! There is a selection of flavour shakers to ensure your taste buds are happy!

SWEET CART / TOWER  - Wishlist price £250

Every one loves a little cheeky sweet / chocolate bag !! We supply a wooden cart or 7 tier tower coloured to your theme, with a tailored selection of sweet and or chocolates to suit your wishes. We supply a min of 8 options for you and your guest to enjoy.

PHOTOBOOTH 20.00 – 23.00 - Wishlist price £500

The photobooth is a great interactive experience that will leave a smile on the faces of both you and your guests! The booth will be open for 3 hours normally following your first dance. The Photobooth comes with a selection of props and takes 4 photos every visit. Two prints are dispensed. One is for the guests to keep, whilst the second will be mounted in a white guest book for them to add comments, thus capturing your evening in a form you can cherish forever! The booth will have an energetic attendant to facilitate the guests experience and guide them though. The prints will be customized to your colour theme and will have your names and date on the bottom of the prints. At the end of the evening the attendant will hand you your completed guest book along with a USB stick of all the images taken on the evening.

EVENING PHOTOGRAPHER  - Wishlist price £700

 

Capturing the happy memories that you and your guests will make is perhaps the most important part of the evening. An evening photographer can ensure this, and the images they capture will be priceless moments you can reflect upon forever. Within your ‘Icing on the Cake’ package there is a 2-hour evening professional photographer package. This will ensure your evening drinks reception, cake cutting, first dance and party celebrations are captured beautifully. We will connect you directly to your photographer on booking so you can discuss your evening and the style in which you want it to be captured. The package will include all images taken of the evening onto a USB memory stick.  

For continuity, you may wish the evening photographer to take on day duties too. There are so many memories to be captured, after all. The Bridal Party getting ready, the Ceremony, group and individual shots, general day ambience, the speeches and the transition into the evening. You can arrange this with the photographer directly and discuss any albums or products you may wish to purchase in addition to the evening package. 

Many clients wish to exchange this item within their Memories Made Package to another product, to either an 16' x 12' white LED sparkly dance floor, or a 12m Top Table back drop in Thundridge, or if in Garden Court an Indoor lighting package. Speak to us to discuss further
