Titled: Catering For Shamrocks Dinner Dance | The London Irish Centre. On Saturday 9th March, Coral and Blue had the privilege of providing catering services for the Shamrocks annual Dinner and Dance. With a full team in place, we successfully catered to a gathering of 260 esteemed Irish guests. Our dedicated waitstaff flawlessly served the 27 tables, receiving commendations from both the venue and our clients.
In addition to our exceptional service, we ensured that the team at the London Irish Centre enjoyed a delectable meal, preparing an additional 20 servings. Leanne and Lucy expertly managed a team of 11 waitresses, while head chef Peter supervised two skilled chefs, Ian contributed his all round versatile skills to ensure a flawless event.
We are delighted to have contributed to such an outstanding event at The London Irish Centre this remarkable venue, and look forward to the opportunity to participate at this event again next year.
